The communication path for exceptional situations is always via SMS message.

Students may not leave, in these cases, unless they are accompanied by an adult, parent or designee.

In the event that the school has to be urgently evacuated, and in the absence of parents, students may go with a school official and will be relocated to the nearest government agencies (police, city hall).

In the event that classes are suspended before the start of the school day, we will attempt to notify families the previous evening, and if this is not viable it will be as soon as possible before the start of classes.
